Payments

The price displayed for products represents the full price in Australian Dollars, including GST but does not include delivery charges.

For international buyers, GST will be removed and a transaction fee of 4% will be added. Some international shipments may be subject to Tax/Duty charges by customs authorities.

Our online checkout system accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Amex). For Direct Credit, we will need to send you an proforma invoice with our account details.

If you wish to buy a product not listed on the website, we will send you an proforma invoice where payment can be made via Credit Card or Direct Debit. No cash sales accepted.

Order Processing

Products are available and in stock unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order confirmation will be sent to your email once purchase payment is made; if not received, please check your email spam folder.

All Starter Motors are made to order and are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. If you require an urgent dispatch, please contact us.

Delivery

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Please select Regular or Express Service, and the price is automatically calculated for your address.

You will have the option of requiring Signature on Delivery for an additional cost; otherwise, if the property is unattended and the package will be left, the package is then deemed delivered and your responsibility.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number emailed to you when order processing complete.

Pick-ups

We allow pick-ups from our Rochedale South, Brisbane location, but because we do not have a store front the transaction will be contactless. If you wish to pick up, please contact us and we will arrange payment via proforma invoice, then arrange a pick-up day.

Cash on pick-up sales are not accepted.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must still be in new condition and unused. Products damaged from test fitting will not be accepted. Shipping costs and transaction fees from the original purchase will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Cancellations will incur a 3% fee to cover transaction fees, this will be deducted from your refund.

Custom-made one-off Starter Motors may not be eligible for return, this will be determined case by case.

Warranty and Fitment

Titan products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Starter Motors are only covered by a warranty when used in normal road driving and tarmac race conditions. Starters will not be covered if they are found to have the following conditions: Water damage, used in extreme dust or corrosive conditions, overheated, Pinion engaged while driving. It is up to the installer to fit adequate protection to the starter for off road and marine use. We recommend this installation be carried out by a qualified automotive technician. Improper installation or modification may result in damage to property or personal injury and void the warranty.

If there is a fitment issue, please contact us – Titan will endeavor to resolve the issue.

Your new Titan starter should give you years of trouble-free operation and is also completely serviceable. Please contact us if you wish to have your Titan starter serviced.
